The second in-person session of the Diploma on child care, protection, and reintegration
The second in-person session for all participants of the Diploma on Childcare, Protection, and Reintegration was held at the MAS Fabric Park Training Center in Thulhiriya, Kurunagala. This event, organized by CCCSL in collaboration with Aquinas Higher Education Institute, spanned three days and hosted 62 diploma participants. The facility provided an excellent residence and training environment, ensuring a comfortable and conducive setting for learning.
The training sessions focused on four key modules from the first-semester curriculum. Visiting lecturers emphasized the most critical aspects of their respective modules, ensuring comprehensive coverage of essential topics. Their dedication to providing high-quality education was evident throughout the program.
Significantly, two lecturers from the National Child Protection Authority and the Department of Probation and Child Care Services enriched the sessions with their expert insights. Drawing from their extensive experience and specific contexts, they delivered highly relevant and practical content, which was greatly appreciated by the participants.
The participants expressed high satisfaction with both the lecturers and the content delivered, highlighting the program’s success. The overall program was not only educational but also spiritually challenging, enjoying the blessing of God the Father.
